A simple icon editor for the HP100LX (and other PC's -- works on CGA, EGA, and VGA displays).  It reads and writes .icn files to create or edit icons.  Functions include zoom, copy and paste, and zooming.  A simple freeware program from HP programmer Andrew Gryc (who wrote the Application Mgr of the HP100).
